The bar was closed at 12 o clock roof terrace bar was closed very dissapointed outside hotel at night very dangerous but rambles is all like thisAnonymous

Great locationThe room was obviously used by smokers before us and absolutely stank of cigarettes. the window would not open which did not help with the smell. the toilet would not flush properly.Susan HEATHER

Location was excellent. no negative experiences - all staff most helpful and obliging. loved the decorating and spanish flavour of the hotel. great breakfast!! we 2 couples were booked one night precruise but extended and stayed two nights - good decision.No.Anonymous

Reception staff were very helpful with maps, transport information and generally very pleasant. breakfast was lovely but a bit dear (sterlling very weak against euro made things a bit dear)We were sold a tour bus - which was not the best value option. the orange bus only has one route which takes 3 hours. the other bus company has 3 interconnecting routes - much better system. very noisy neighbours in the hotel. pay tv was not working. Extremely central location. both rooms were well furnished and modern. reception staff were extremely helpful as were other staff we came across.I found the absence of a mirror in the main room slightly awkward. the mirrors were in the bathroom, which was not always convenient.Anonymous
