We were expecting a very small room because the hotel frontage looked small from outside but to our surprise the room given to us is very big room with a balcony facing the ramblas..the hotel staffs were very accommodating.

Clean rooms.No help in front of hotel when arriving. as i was carrying our bags in, my laptop computer was stolen from the street. hotel needs to have a porter outside assisting. very bad impression and front desk just shrugged their shoulders. had to ask about police. staff at desk generally non helpful. adapter not available nor did they offer to help. would not recommend for a family with young children.Anonymous

Fantastic location, easy access to anywhere in barcelona. have visited this hotel before and loved the roomsThis time room much poorer than before and any photos of rooms on website, unattractive and small for 3 people, no curtains and small clothes space. however basic amenities ok. breakfast price exorbitant so ate out for a fraction of priceAllen

The hotel was in an excellent location, central for all tourist attractions and only 15 to 20 mins from airport by taxi. the breakfast selection was very good with something to suit all . the reception staff were very helpful and informative. overall an excellent hotel in the perfect location. Location was excellent. no negative experiences - all staff most helpful and obliging. loved the decorating and spanish flavour of the hotel. great breakfast!! we 2 couples were booked one night precruise but extended and stayed two nights - good decision.No.Anonymous
