Pros: The staff were excellent and they even left us chocolates and a bottle of cava for new year's eve...the rooms were superb and clean and it a stone's throw away from the metro...would recommend to anyone and defo stay there again

Pros: Location:very close(about 20 meters) to the metro station. room:we stayed at the comfort room and everything is just the same as pictures. room is cleaned everyday. with a small kitchen.
convenience:nearby there's a supermarket and many veg-fruit stands. we recommend a pizza shop(la fontana nueva)and a bar/restaurant(molina) less than 700meters from hotel silver.
Cons: The wall is too thin that you may be easlily disturbed early in the morning.

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating and always greeted us with a smile. the rooms were lovely and having a kitchenette was a bonus. i would almost certainly stay in this hotel again and would not hesitate to recommend it to future travellers. what a lovely experience!
Cons: I would not reccomend paying extra for breakfast as the choice is fairly limited and the bread and cereal was a bit stale, which i think is due to it being kept in a heated marquee.

"Very good location and close to metro"

Pros: Very good location and close to metro. staff very helpful.bar prices reasonable.compact but comfortable modern room.good cooking facilities [bacon butties for breakfast].
Cons: Room too hot - air conditioning not available in december. quite noisy at times - clanging and banging [not traffic noise].

Cons: We did not use the buffet breakfast as it didnt look very inviting, perhaps inthe summer it would be better.

Pros: A well located hotel - good value for money. helpful staff - rooms very clean and maid service excellent.
Cons: Disappointed that we did not have an 'outside' window and found the location of the room(ie in centre of hotel) rather noisy at times.

Pros: Very pleased with the room and the facilities overall. nice bathroom, kitchenette great, safe, cd player etc. now offer free use of computer with internet access in the main reception.
Cons: Disappointed that my window looked out onto a narrow central "well". i was pleased i was out all day!

"Although basic, we had everything we needed"

Pros: Although basic, we had everything we needed. we only stayed one night before a flight to the uk, but we needed a shower, a comfortable sleep and on top of that coffee etc was left for us! i will definitely book again!
