The location is excellent, staff were very helpful. Very modern feel to the hotel. Breakfast was limited, however, enough choice to suit most.

This is a nice boutiqe style small hotel on the Grand Via in the centre of Barcelona. We found the bedrooms and bathrooms to be modern and comfortable and the breakfast to be quite sufficient. Staff were friendly and helpfull. Only negative was not many English TV channs on room TV. Would stay there again.

Pros: Great location, comfortable room, excellent facilities, friendly helpful staff.
Cons: Cooked breakfasts served cold - better to stick with cold platters of meats and cheeses, range of fruits and yoghurts.

Pros: Fantastic reception staff who were really helpful at giving directions, recommending restaurants etc. great location, metro right outside and easy walk to las ramblas. breakfast good, nice coffee & lots of food choices.
Cons: Swimming pool is tiny! maximum depth is only waist height, & freezing cold! cleaning staff took a long time to clean rooms - one day we returned for a siesta at 4pm & our room still hadn't been done - cleaning cart was sitting unattended in corridor!

Pros: Amazing hotel considering it's rated as a 3-star. lovely rooms especially the showers.
Cons: Wished the pool and roof top patio was open later than 9pm.
after a long day sightseeing it would be nice to come back and be able to sit on the roof top patio.

Pros: The hotel was in a good location, the staff members were very friendly and considering i don't speak any spanish it was exceptionally helpful they spoke very good english. the hotel amenities were good and it was great having free wi-fi in the room.
Cons: The only negative point during our stay was that the room sometimes would smell of the water after using the toilet/shower. the odour was particularly strong however once the room was cleaned it disappeared. while this wasn't pleasant it didn't impact much on our overall opinion of the hotel.

Pros: Great location, the rooms were really nice and roof terrace was great!!
Cons: Before arriving at the hotel i tried to book champagne and cake to be delivered to our room as it was my girlfriends birthday while we were away however the hotel staff would not help over the phone and did not reply to any of my e mails.

Pros: Lovely hotel, with helpful staff, and in a convenient location. it can be noisey as the front faces a busy main road, but this is what you get when you stay in a location which is in the centre of town! take some earplugs. would definitely recommend this hotel.
