The staff were polite and friendly in the hotel and advised us brilliantly with advice on transport to the F1, and Barcelona itself and with the metro etc. We found the kingsize suite was perfect for chilling out after sightseeing, we would recommend it for a good nights sleep.The only thing we could comment on from a negative view would be the decoration is a little dated, and lightshades for example could be changed in the future.We would stay again!!

Pros: Reception day staff were good and hotel is five minutes walk from barcelona nou camp football stadium and ten minutes from the metro underground. residential area away from the main resort hotels.
Cons: Firstly this is not in my opinion anywhere near to a four star hotel. the room was very ordinary for a superior room with king sized bed and no four star hotel would have old television sets (it was not a flat screen tv). it is three star all the way having travelled and stayed extensively in hotels in hong kong, malaysia and philippines. the spa facilities can only be accessed once you pay an extra 30 euros per day. the pictures of the hotel spa facilities should clearly state the cost you need to pay to use them (which it does not on the website). like i say, this is a three star hotel anywhere in the world and the prices should be downgraded.

Pros: Free minibar was fantastic, room was spacious, bathroom was large, area felt safe and clean.
Cons: Staff seemed unfriendly but that could be due to language barrier, tv was old and reception was poor, hotel was not 5 minutes away from train station as described.

i stayed at your hotel for at weekend and i was very happy about your service. eg. on sunday when i had to check out at 12, you let me stay untill 14 since i were sick. pls. sent my special thanks to the balled man in the reception to help me out and got me a platic bag for the cap. pls. tell him i got home safely.
i will for sure choose your hotel an other time.
