I arrived at senator spa hotel at approx 8:30am. i had expected to leave my luggage in a holding room until the afternoon, however, there was a room available (although not totally prepared for us) but we were given the key and allowed to occupy same. as i was traveling with two teenagers who were extremely tired, i was really grateful for this. the staff at reception and in the restaurant were very helpful with any queries we had in relation to activities etc within the area. as nu camp was our main reason for visiting barcelona, senator barcelona spa hotel was in the ideal location. just 5 minutes walk at most from the hotel.Anonymous

Mini bar was free of charge. very comfortable bed.Last night of stay, untul 1 a.m. was very noisy in the room next to ours. i did not call reception, but in the morning i have found out that some excursion from greece was with teenagers in the room.Davila

When we arrived members of staff at the front desk were very warm & friendly which was very nice.There are not enough restaurants in or around the hotel. it was very hard to fnd somewhere good & safe to eat. our frst night when we went down to the lobby restaurant @ about 6:30pm we were told they could not accomodate us untill 9:30pm this was very irritaing considering we had travelled for 12 hours to get to barcelona. every one in our family (10 persons) went to bed exhausted & very hungrey.

Very clean and high quality.Bit too far out from city centre, outdoor pool very small, very high prices at bar for drinks and food and bar staff not very friendly. got a burger that was still pink and bottom of roll burnt black.Anonymous

We travelled to the hotel by car. we asked on 3 separate occasions for directions to the hotel before we left both from easytobook and the hotel direct - none were forthcoming. i downloaded an inaccurate map in the end. it took 2 hours to find the hotel in barcelona. i rang the hotel from a prominent landmark and the staff at the hotel could not direct me to the hotel. we were robbed whilst in barcelona all our money credit cards were stolen. the hotel were unable to ring the police for us. they showed no compassion and said it happens all the time. we were unable to find a police station to report the theft to. we left the hotel a day early as we had no cards to continue our holiday with.Mr Alex Gribble

Clean room, spacious, free minibar. One of the concierges was very rude to us when we enquired about why one of our taxis was late - he basically told us we were being impatient and brushed us off rudely. this was upsetting because all the other staff had been friendly and helpful.Mr George Thomas

Welcoming reception area and helpful staff. rooms were very good, spa was excellent but dissapointed that the website did not mention that this had to be booked and paid for separately.Was further out from the main town than we thought. we had a meal in the hotel restaurant on one evening; the standard of food on the set menu was very poor, all four people in our party ate hardly anything, also suprised that as hotel guests we had to pay extra for the spa area.Anonymous

Hotel was very clean and rooms were spacious and well equipped.The hotel does not serve dinner until 8.0pm in the evening which is too late for families like us to eat who have small children. the hotel does not allow children under 4 years old to use the pool. this was very disappointing for us and should be included in the details on your website.Anonymous
