I was pleasantly surprised by this place and it's services. Had a pleasant stay and the suit was spatious and clean and only 5min walk away from the metro station Bogatell. The price was also good, better than most of the hotels that I've stayed at near La Rambla area. I will definately return here mext time I visit Barcelona!

Loved this hotel - very modern, spacious rooms and the spa is lovely. Only negative points are the gym doesn't open until 10am and its not in a great area - but only a short taxi cab away from the port and centre of Barcelona. Would go back again.

This hôtel not havé a big bed just ni thé suite! Not possibilities to change thé room and not possibilities to cancel thé reservation. I must to stay in this hotel because of not i will to pay thé totality of price.

The sad thing was that we have stolen a handbag before leaving the hotel, it was difficult to getting the plane. Otherwise, the rooms are really beautiful. Oddly, it was a system of boxes of glass in the bathroom. Overall, ok.

Pros: Very clean hotel. miguel at front desk was very helpful.
Cons: Website said it had a sauna. it did but you had to pay an extra 18 euro a day for the use. 4 subway stops from downtown barcelona.

Pros: The hotel room was cleaned each day to the highest standard, staff spoke english and 1 girl in particular was very helfpul.
Cons: The location is a bit far from la rambla the main street would have preferred a bit closer, not much around it.

Pros: Rooms were very nice and good for the price we paid. we got a free entry into the spa with our booking which was fab and the staff were really helpful and even lent me their computer to print out my return boarding pass which i had forgot to do before leaving the uk. the outside pool was nice and also the communal areas were clean and tidy. there is a nightclub around the corner which you may be able to hear noise from but it certainly wouldnt keep you awake and we were in the nightclub anyway! i would say this hotel is good for value, the tube is jsut round the corner and easy to use only 5 mins from everything and taxis are cheap to ramblas. definately use the spa facilities!

Pros: Staff is really friendly and generous. it is convenience to take taxi to the airport since they are at the front of the hotel. moreover, staff helped to communicate the taxi driver.
Cons: Some pillows in a room are without pillow cases. all pillows in a room should have pillow cases. that can guarantee that the customers use the clean ones.

Pros: The hotel rooms are clean and good. kitchenette was good.
Cons: 1. the room service staff doesn't speak or english, which is a problem.
2. my wireless internet didn't worked for all the days, they couldn't send anybody to fix that. so it was a waste of facility for me.
3. no english channels in the tv.
4. the hotel is located at a lonely place.
5. the complementary spa doesn't have any messages include into it.

Pros: Nice rooms and very quiet. i know that some people had issues with nightclub noise but this was minimal
Cons: Firstly they had no knowledge of my booking even though i had a reservation number. i got the impression that they did not believe me. at one point they actually locked us out of our rooms. in the end i had to get on to thier computer and access my emails and send them the confirmation. once they relaised thier mistake the attitude change but there was no apology. not impressed i don't like having my integrity questioned.

Cons: The hotel was probably the most under staffed one we've ever stayed in. to the point where there is long waits at reception, the restaurant & bar closes early without notice, the spa reception in unmanned for long periods while staff carry out treatments and the two times we tried room service there was no one available. having said that, the minimal staff on duty were very helpful & aware of their employers shortages.

la piscine spa est un attrape-touriste : 50cm d'eau et payant ! 15€ les 90 minutes !!!
pour finir, l'hôtel est loin de tout ; il faut impérativement prendre un taxi ou plusieurs bus pour se rendre soit sur la marina, soit dans le centre ville. l'hôtel est situé dans une zone industrielle/artisanale en pleins travaux.
le seul point positif de l'hôtel est le rapport qualité/prix des chambres.
a recommander uniquement aux personnes ne souhaitant pas un hôtel touristique.
