The english guy on reception was wonderful,really charming and could not do enough to help .....what a star.
Would not stay in any hotel so close to the main strip ....its too noisey in the early hours Anonymous

The hotel was very clean and quiet. the staff was very helpful, they allowed us to leave our luggage early in the morning of check-in and again after we checked out, this allowed us to enjoy our time in barcelona without having to carry out luggage.Mahon, Derrick

The hotel was in an excellent position for exploring wonderful barcelona.Our room was so noisy even with the window shut. we didn't get any sleep at all.Anonymous

All but one member of staff were polite and helpful. the facilities in the room were good other than no tea/coffee facilities in the roomThe member of staff that served us for lunch in the outside restaurant on friday 17th october. he was very rude and unhelpful. not someone i would wish to have represent my company. the food also was not good. the rest of our stay was good but it did mean we did not eat in the hotel againElder

Reaaly helpful guy on reception from blackpool! on ramblas near the tube , market and all tourist attractions...walk a few blocks for cheaper prices....try the born district.No negatives, we expected noise, bustle and excitement and that is exactly as it was! Anonymous

Great location,I had asked the hotel staff for an power adapter extension for my shaver, which the staff failed to provide as they did not have a suitable one, i would have appreciated if they had got me a suitable one as i would expect these sort of small services from a reputed hotelLEWIS

The hotel staff were very polite and helpful when we needed to leave our bags for the day. my room was overlooking la rambla and was perfect. the bath was a good size. it was an excellent stay.A double room doesn't always mean a double bed which my aunt and uncle would have preferred.Anonymous
