KEY PICK-UP PROCESS: Upon arrival guests should proceed to collect their keys at Barcelona Boutique B&B, Pau Claris Street, 145, Ent. 1ª, near Passeig De Gracia, Diagonal and Girona metro station. You will also receive directions on how to arrive to your apartment, together with a map of Barcelona. The apartments are open 24 hours.
Cancellation policy: If cancelled between 2 and 14 days prior to arrival 1 night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
This property has the legal right to refuse entry to certain groups in order to guarantee a quiet and safe atmosphere for all our guests. These groups will not be able to obtain the keys upon check-in and a different cancellation policy will be applicable.

The apartments are within walking distance of many of the city's most popular attractions. They are also very close to many restaurants, shops, bars and night clubs. The closest metro stop is Jaume 1.
How you can get to Las Ramblas Apartments I
From El Prat-Barcelona Airport: You can take the Aerobus to Plaza Catalunya and then take either a short taxi or the metro to the Barcelona Boutique B&B (the key pick-up point). The nearest metro stop to the Boutique Hotel is Passeig de Gracia.
Alternatively you take the Renfe train from the airport to Passeig de Gracia which is within walking distance of Barcelona Boutique B&B.

Cons: Not enough for 6!
Cons: You have to go far to get the key. the apartment was not cleaned when we arrived and was first cleaned when we had called two times. the tv set was out of order and was not fixed before we left although we was promised a new tv.

Cons: Did not get instructions on getting keys to apartment, had to go half way across city to get keys, having to leave wife and boys waiting at apartment. i must say not very good and also expensive for a taxi.
Cons: the process of getting the keys was a bit difficult. hotel boutique was not well marked or particularly easy to find. the shower went cold without warning at times.
Cons: Its a pain having to pick keys up from different location especially when you have suit cases to carry around.room wasnt ready when we arrived.
Cons: Whilst rooms were cleaned , walls were grubby and some furniture tired and grubby.mattress on bed had been folded and so had ridge down middle causing you to roll out of bed.no uk tv channels. sheets and towels were stored for other appartments so had daily disturbance to pick up sheets and towels for other appartments

Cons: I was not contacted by the apartment owners prior to our stay, i called them a couple of days before as we had not received any information on what to do when we got to barcelona. we had to go to an address in the middle of the night (as that's when we arrived) which looked closed, and had to pay everything upfront before even seeing the apartments, we were not 100% happy about doing this. we were also told that we would get the deposit we paid on our credit cards back within 2-3 days if there was no problems. now they are saying it could take 1-1.5 months unless we provide a load of extra details which i am not happy about doing. not the service we were expecting to be honest.
the apartment was a lot smaller than advertised, one of our showers was not attached to the wall and the other didn't work fully - i.e. went hot and cold throughout the shower. we thought the area was slightly dodgy, a lot of taxi drivers would not take us there, and myself and a friend were mugged on the corner to placa de sant miquel - next to out aprtments.
Cons: Lies about return of deposit, key handed to cleaner when she arrived at 11am of day of departure apartment was left spotless even mopped all floors. now they tell me no keys were left which is a complete lie. the 12 guests will be putting reviews on to indicate this also ants in kitchen. i will be seeking legal advice on this matter as i personally took responsibilities for returning keys to cleaner and leaving apartment spotless. after posting 12 reviews from our party anyone booking with this company must need their heads examaning. these people are very quick to take deposits they take no responsibility to come and check the place with the parties. this is by no means the end of this. i want my deposit back. would advise people to stay on the streets rather than here con merchants
