the location was ver convenience, very close to the metro station and la ramblas street. you have to grab your key on your own, the staff in the apartment were a little bit old fashion except the kitchen which was great but if you go for holidays you do not have time to cook!!

very good, in the city center, easy to move on foot, convenient price, nice rooms, tv has few channels, quite conforntable, no window in the bathrooms,it has also the washing machine, but definitely to go there!

Hello,We have been staying in Las Ramblas Apartments III (1_2) in Barselona from January 2 till 11. I must say there were no internet access from January 4 till 11 and the hotel administration could not solve the problem. The stone floor tiles are very cold. Also there were no the hooks in both bathrooms to hang up the towels at all so we were forced to go for the towels out to other room.

Air condition trips out every time your cooking a meal and the oven was operational the key factor of booking the apartment. Wasn't pleased and it did spoil our holiday.

Location was great, finding the pick up location for keys not so great!Apartment was ok, could have done with a good clean, one of the toilets the flush was broken, however they did send someone round just as quick to fix.Overall for what you paid, it was ok.

We arrived at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, and the apartment had not been cleaned yet, so we had to go for a walk with our two tired children. When we returned, the cleaning-staff had left, but the apartment wasn't clean. The floor was dirty and every single thing cup or plate we tried to eat or drink from in the kitchen was dirty. The wifi didn't work and there was no balcony as promised. It was just an apartment you wanted to spend as little time in as possible. Dirty, Dark and uncosy. A bad experience.

Thankyou for our stay at Las Ramblas III!We had a fantastic time.As there was 8 of us it would have been a lot better to be given more than only 2 sets of keys as when we were arranging separate plans there was a lot of organisation to be done of who was having lets and what time we had to meet which did disrupt our holiday slightly.ThanksDanielle

Pros: Excellent location with easy access to metro and many tourist attractions.
Cons: The lack of detail to basic requirements eg. sufficient shelving in wardrobes, no bathroom fittings such as toilet roll holder, towel rail and shower curtain in one shower room. very poor electric kettle for a 6 person apartment. attention to detail lets this apartment down. also having to collect key from boutique hotel is very inconvenient although hotel staff were very helpful.

Pros: Great location and apartment very spacious and clean. staff at key pick up point friendly and helpful.
Cons: We were expecting apartment to be equipped with safety deposit box but there was none so we went of for the evening only to return to find we had been burgled and thieves had taken all our cash. also apartment was supposed to cater for 8 people yet only had enough cups etc for 6. i would also suggest a better system for collecting and returning keys.
