Reservation is official after receiving contract of MB27. Pre-payment of 50% of the total value. Extra of €50,00 admin./cleaning cost per reservation. Deposit of €200 as a guarantee for the flat. If cancelled up to 42 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
