The hotel certainly has the wow factor, with excellent views across the city, the sky bar and the room, down to the ipod docking station provided in the room. reception staff were very friendly and helpful and very cool. saturday night the hotel had an excellent club style atmosphere. Upon arrival the only place to eat was the bar, the service was poor, with the relatively expensive cava taking half an hour to arrive, one of the meals ordered was missed off the original order and three of the four diners had finished their meal before the mistake was realised, with no recompsation offered. for the massive wo factor, small finishing touches were missing e.g. the corridors were not hoovered and the colour showed up all the dust, there were no batteries in the ipod remote and was unable to turn down the volume on the ipod and the windows were very dusty in the rooms.
