"Nice hotel and good location"

I stayed 9 nights in this hotel during a business trip and only thing missing was the restaurant, and breakfast was quite modest for my taste. There was toast, Spanish omelette (cold), fruits, serials, cheese and ham, yoghurt and so on so all the basic stuff anyway. Working wlan was included in my room price.Room was clean but the bed was a bit hard. I could hear neighbors form the next room very well but slept quite well, there was not much traffic noise on this room. Friendly service. Safe feeling environment.A few blocks from metro and taxis waiting at next corner so it was easy to move around. Next to a supermarket and nice Italian restaurant across the street and Japanese around the corner. Restaurants were closed between 16:30 and 20:00 or 20:30 so dinnertime is late in Spain.

Cons: Only one problem: they did not have our booking (which we booked via your web site) - is a rather vital flaw in your business! - would go to hotel again - will not use your bookings web site again

Cons: Cleaners were noisy on the first two mornings and i found it hard to sleep. would have preferred a double bed instead of two singles pushed tgether.

Pros: We loved this hotel, the staff were very helpful and friendly. our room was great and very clean and comfortable. the hotel is in a great area with lots of good little shops and restaurants. there was a festival in gracia when we were there so there was lots going on - it was great. it's only a few minutes into town on the bus or metro so it was a perfect place to stay in barcelona, we would definitely go back to this hotel.

Pros: Very good location - really close to ramblas. excellent value for the price - i do regularly weekend city breaks and can really advise this hotel.
Cons: As i like warm breakfast i missed it.
