 "In my own words"
Had to call, and wait a few minutes for caretaker to arrive. The room was super nice, large and clean, with comfortable furnishings. The location was very near the Guadi area. There were lots of shops, bakeries, bars, grocery stores, drug stores and great places to eat. I would reccomend this hotel for any guest including familys with children.

 "All the convenience of home"
The apartment was clean, well laid out and had all the conveniences of home, including a dishwasher and combination washer/dryer. The AC was very quiet and quickly cooled the apartment down when needed. The sliding doors also circulated the air sufficiently to not need to use the AC. The beds were comfortable, and the additional sliding door between the living room and bedrooms allowed the early riser in our group to not disturb us later risers. My 2 sisters and I really enjoyed staying at this location and becoming familiar with the neighbourhood restaurants and shops which we preferred to the busier areas of the city. It was easy to take the metro, and the tourist hop-on hop-off bus stopped at the Sagrada Familia which was 2 blocks over and 1 down. We were looking forward to sitting on the balcony in the moring for breakfast, and with a glass of wine in the evening, but the 6`` lip which they called a balcony was not wide enough to stand on, let alone put a chair or table on. Even so, I would still highly recommend this apartment. We felt safe and at home. Teresa from Terrace, B.C. Canada

 "Good location in reasonable proximity to the metro"
Pros: Good location in reasonable proximity to the metro.
Cons: Rooms are a bit austere. double bed is 2 singles (not listed) and bedding very basic. walls scuffed and dirty in places.

Cons: When we booked the apartments our understanding was that they were in the same building, nobody told us otherwise. we were a party of ten family members. we were separted into two different buildings 3 metro stations away or 15-20 minutes walk. we had to spend extra money to travel on the metro which was unnecassary. we had time contraints and found that time was wasted to meet up. there was no wifi in the rosella 448 apartment as promised.

Cons: Probably the only inconvenience was that we had to telephone the apartment from the airport indicating our arrival time.

Pros: Location - easy to get too, near metro station. could see sagrada familia from the appartment balcony. beautiful appartments. recommend it!
Cons: Do not bring a car to barcelona city. car parking starts at 20 euors for 24hrs. bring your own coffee filters/ tea towels as these are not provided

 "Good location on quiet street"
Pros: Good location on quiet street. excellent air-conditioning system. even had washing powder and dish-washer liquid available for use in the apartment.
Cons: Arrived late at night with our 3 children( aged 7,10 and 12) but phoned on route so staff knew when we were expected and also gave time on booking form.arrived exactly at that time i had given on booking no body to meet us at apartments.all in darkness. taxi driver waited with us and phoned the contact number we had. man arrived after 10-15 mins.

Pros: Excellent communication prior to arriving in barcelona - waited to meet us at the apartment and check in and payment was straightforward. apartments suitable for us (2 adults and 3 children)felt safe and all facilities were excellent. location was great near sagrada familia and metro station. also plenty of small shops and restaurants nearby to buy food and eat out.
Cons: We did have one night where people in the room above were noisy but after calling the mh apartment office someone asked the people above to be quiet and there was no further noise - so i appreciated their prompt response. other than that one incident no faults at all about our stay at the apartments and i would recommend them.

- A free cleaning service is provided for guests staying 7 nights or more.
