Pros: Good location

Cons: Some of the rooms are horrible, especially the one just next to the entrance...not enough toilet paper, we need to buy ourselves, the terrace door is broken, cannot be locked. dont know how to use the safe, it's locked.

Pros: Good location right by the metro, taxi fares arent to bad either - supermarket literally right next door which is brill, we were a group of 8 men and women!

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff; excellent location; great view of city; 2 stops on metro from nou camp; 6 stops on metro to 'la rhamba' shopping district & sites; 5 mins walking distance from sants station (beware of dodgy cab drivers, who take the 'long way round' and charge you 12euros for what should be a 2mins drive!!!)

Pros: Very good apartments. location good only yards from the metro. approx 6 stops to the ramblas. also close to sants estacion, short walk. given large apartment with extra bedrooms. very well equipped apartment.
Cons: Not a real negative, but a working safe would have been good and also the window to the living room did not lock. at the same time, we never felt unsafe.

Pros: Good location and excellent contact prior to our arrival to arrange meet to hand over the keys. warm welcome by the gentleman.
Cons: The rooms were not up to my standard of cleanliness and all the family suffered from little bites. one of the rooms was well equipped however the other was without a kettle, frying pan and a television that did not work. several telephone calls were made to rectify this and empty promises made. there should be a way to disconnect outside buzzer as people thought it was great fun to buzz your room at 2, 3, 4, 5 in the morning.

Pros: Was very impressed. it was clean, big and very close to public transport, staff was friendly and spoke fairly good english. was easy to find.

Pros: We booked a 2-bedroom apartment but got a 4 bedroom one! useful with 2 kids. spacious, clean. cot was set up ready for us. very satisfied overall!
Cons: No plug for the bath, and bath mat would have been useful.

Cons: The minus is that it was a bit far from the center of barcelona. we asked the staff to order us a cab to the airport on our trip back home and that did not work .so if u need a airport cab ask the taxi u arrived in to book one. especially if u take of from girona airport. the price should be around 160euro for one cab taking seven people.
