"Great location and clean"

Pros: Great location and clean.
Cons: Our bathroom flooded 3 times and the cleaning staff smoked in our room whilst cleaning! also said 5 beds but one bed was one of those flat long lounges/couches with cushions and buttons on the bottom and was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on.

"The hotel was perfect for us as a family"

Pros: The hotel was perfect for us as a family. the view of la pedera was a fabulous bonus. being away from the main "tourist" roads was a benefit as it was less congested and quieter at night. everything was within easy walking distance though and having a metro stop a few metres away was great. the hotel staff were brilliant and really helpful. the rooms were clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils and fresh towels daily.

Cons: No soap/shampoo in showers. must request hairdryer, don't record messages despite saying otherwise. need to paint walls & change furniture; a chair to sit in would be nice & in larger rooms, if 2 tv's both should work & why would you cause those sleeping in one room of a suite have to go into another bedroom to get to bathroom? needs serious assessment of decoration/furniture arrangement

Pros: The hotel was in an excellent position and the staff on reception were very helpful. the room was excellent and very large.
Cons: The television did not work and took 2 days to sort out. as there were 4 people in our room, we were not given clean towels every day. breakkfast was advertised up to 12 but arrived down on sunday morning at 10.30 and it was shut.

Pros: Excellent location near passeig de gracia. beautifull terrace, where you can enjoy the silence and good view to the casa mila (la pedrera). restaurant next to with friendly staff and tasty food is perfect.

Pros: Great location,close to metros.rooms attended to every day,beds dressed and clean towels provided.
Cons: No tea/coffee making facilities or toaster available in room,or possible to obtain when requested.a dustpan and brush would come in handy in room.although there was a t.v in main area,no remote avaible and receptionist not able to find one.

Pros: Our stay at hotel "next to" in the center of barcelona was extremely pleasant. hotel staff welcomed us and we were handed the key-cards 5 minutes after arrival and everything was ready. roomservice was nice and fast! the option to pay at arrival made the checkout really fast too!
