We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. everyone was so nice and they even went to the dining room to fill our request for some ice. our room was ready prior to check-in time. the location was great and the room was excellent. desk personnel gave us good directions to picasso museum along with getting us a taxi for the airport. would highly recommend this hotel and we will stay there on our return to barcelona.

Excellent location
It was just a place to sleep -breakfast too expensive - double meant twin beds pushed together on rollers - had only one small bottle of shampoo and bath gel for 3 day stay

Very convenient for las ramblas tourist area; rooms clean and very quiet - excellent!
Breakfast was disappointing - there was no english tea available, coffee was warm, nobody came to the table to serve us so i had to go looking for tea, coffee facilities and these were not impressive. also nobody came to ask if i wanted a cooked breakfast, which i would have liked for the price i paid. the reception area staff were fairly efficient but not particularly welcoming and friendly.
