Our flight was delayed 6 hours and we didn't arrive at the hotel until after 2am but we received a friendly welcome.

The hotel was wonderfully clean and the desk gals were exptemely helpful. we speak very little spanish and they were of great help in getting us around barcolena.Anonymous

We were exhaused from touring the country and needed a place to stay near the airport to fly back to the states the next day. the staff had a quick check-in/out for us and were able to get us dinner even though the restaurant was closed as it was a holiday. they also called us a cab the next morning to get to the airport. the room was nice as wellThe doors squeak a lot and are noisy. that would have normally been fine except that fact that there were about 30 kids staying on our floor going in and out of rooms all night and one even called our room harassing us which was really annoying.myrthlyn loncke
