The apartments are located in the Olimpic Village close to the Ciutadella Park and the Beach, just a few steps from the old town.
The neighbourhood is perfect for a group of friends or families.
How to reach the Parque Ciutadella Apartments ?Guests must contact apartment administration prior to arriving at the apartments with a confirmed time of arrival. Please call (34)615967303, or email info@chicstays.com at least 24 hours before scheduled arrival time.
The apartments are located near to the metro Bogatell and a taxi service and bus are also nearby.
From Barcelona International Airport, El Prat you can take the aerobus to Plaza Catalunya and then take either a short taxi or the metro to the Boutique Hotel (the key pick-up point). The nearest metro stop to the Boutique Hotel is Passeig de Gracia.
Alternatively you take the Renfe train from the airport to Passeig de Gracia which is within walking distance of the Boutique Hotel.
From the hotel the apartments are only a short taxi or metro ride away.

The oven didn't work. blinds were broken so couldn't make room dark. electric heater caught fire. called number given and warned of problems to be told someone would come to our assistance and we're still waiting. beds extremely uncomfortable. very difficult to find many positives. have lodged complaint with easybookers via e-mail already.Anonymous

The apartments were nice but basic which was satisfactory for a few days stay.The distance from the hotel for key pick up to the apartments is a taxi ride away and not easy to locate. not all taxi drivers could find the apartments.Tania King

A very modern and spacious apartment with all the mod cons in a quiet residential location. large supermarket nearby and only 10 mins walk from the beach & 20 mins walk from la rambla. good transport links on your doorstep. lady at the hotel where we collected the key was very friendly, helpful and informative. Only negative comments about the apartment were poor drainage in one of the bathrooms requiring a mop and bucket after every shower, missing blind in one bedroom & broken blind in another room. slightly inconvenient having to collect the key from hotel across town, particularly as the taxi driver managed to get lost on the way to the apartment (although we gave him the map and directions provided).Robert Renshaw

With just 3 of us in the appartment it was very spacious. only 10 minutes walk to the beach and 5 mins from a metro station. information about local supermarket and rubbish collection would have been useful.The washing machine was broken and the towels were very old. picking up keys from the centre of the city meant extra trips with luggage.hot water only luke warm for most of stay.richard h day

The apartment itself had a very nice kitchen and it was lovely having dinner on the balcony.Unfortunately, although it stated on teh website that the apartment was big enough for 6 people, in fact it's really only big enough for 4. in addition, the left broke down.Anonymous

Nice location...nice alternative to hotel...especially with a family. We rented two apartments. to spite numerous calls to the hotel that collected our money, we were unable to get the air conditioning repaired. we were miserable. we asked for a new apartment and never had any follow through. the other apartment had a leak in the bathroom, which after numerous requests was not repaired. that apartment had a bucket of water in the middle of one of the bathrooms. therefore 8 people had to share one bathroom. at least the had air conditioning. we felt very trapped as we had to pay cash and then had no resolution of the issues. not happy!!!Anonymous

On arival 04:00hrs after a 4hr delay we were told that we couldnt check in untill 14:00hrs but on your website it told us that we could check in from 00:00hrs meaning that we had to find a hotel for the nightBo Bjarbo

The apartments were nice and clean,with good space.
bathroom very good.
good service at check in and key pick up.
also good service when calling by telephone with my questions.Furnish worn out and in bad shape.with fresher furnish the apartment had been perfect.
i was told the cleaning lady should come every day at 10.she never showed up in five days.no change of towels in five days.
safetybox didn't work upon arrival.

NothingWe feel we were totally ripped off - upon arriving the people we collected keys from insisted on 5x the agreed deposit - almost 2000 pounds, they took so long giving us the keys that my coach and the rest of my hens were taken away without telling me so i was stranded in the middle of barcelona not knowing where i was staying. when they eventually refunded my deposit they charged a different exchange rate to what they took it out with meaning i lost out of around £100!!! i think this is disgusting and would not reccomend the hotel to anybodyElena Sidova

We stayed in these modern apartments in family holidays with our 16 year old children; it was lovely, warm and very clean. it was very quiet and didn't really see many people; the location is excellent, the staff are very helpful and really nice!

The apartment was lovely and in a great location! we had a great stay and had no complaints from neighbours.The fridge smelt a bit. we were also there for 4 days and no cleaners came in to clean or give fresh towels. also the apartment caters for 6 people, yet when showering, the hot water was only hot for 4 people showering!
