How to reach the hotel?If you arrive to Barcelona by train to the main station 'Estación Sants': take the metro Line 1 to Urquinaona. Or get directly to the train station at Paseo de Gracia, 3 minutes walking from the Hotel.

A lovely modern room, very freindly receptionist who gave us a map of the town and even managed to book us into our room an hour before check in. sauna in the shower was an added bonus, also liked being able to access free internet in room
It is next to a school but it did not bother us as we were up early in the morningAnonymous

I would recommend the hotel to every group below. The bar is not cosy enough. the blue lights and the small stools plus the big modern/minimalistic soffa does not invite anyone to want to buy a drink and sit and chat. it is a pity since i think you can improve the bar very much more.Anonymous

To be fair the hotel looked really modern and chic on the web site but the reality was a bit of a let down. the rooms were pokey and small, the furniture was like something you would assemble yourself from ikea or mfi the carpet was very poor and the hotel bar tiny as it was, was never open. the staff at breakfast acted like we were intruding on their time. the only good thing was the beds they were comfortable but a couple of us came home with bites either from bed fleas or mosquitos? when leaving our bill was far more than what we had agreed with you on easybook .com we had to pay 'taxes' and there was no mention of this on your web site? so overhaul we believe we could have chosen a better hotel for the money! regards mr j.j.jones Mattingly

The desk staff offered to hook us up with taxi service to the airport they use, if needed, in case our prearranged taxi driver did not show, even at 4:30 am! eight of us used the lobby sitting area to enjoy our wine, cheese and chocolate the last night there in lieu of dinner because of our very early departure in the morning. the staff did not mind our rearranging the furniture for this purpose. everyone we encountererd was very pleasant. we would recommend this hotel to everyone. after having seen many historical buildings, it was nice to have the techno environment of the hotel.Anonymous

Family room facilities excellent. jacuzzi bath was a huge hit with my sons.balcony view fantastic right onto street, triple glazing superb.bunk beds for sons were great...and long enough. our bed huge and extremely comfortable. will definately stay here again. very clean indeed.Being a true brit i would have liked a kettle and tea/coffee facilities our room.Anonymous

Just as i had expected, no surprises. was very pleased with the room and the staff, lobby, and location. yes, lots of school children on monday morning, don't expect to sleep in, but you shouldn't be sleeping when there is to much exploring to do in such a beautiful city.Would have loved a complimentary coffee in the mornings, either in the lobby or a small coffee maker in the room.Anonymous

The staff tried to be helpful and nice.Waited ages for room. room was tiny, windows didnt open properly, noise was unreal, woken every morning with it. rooms were'nt comfortable, only one extra blanket for two beds. toiletries never replaced, leaking ceiling by the lifts...Anonymous
