Hotel staff very helpful with everything we ask them, hotel location was great, cleanliness of our room and hotel was excellent, with clean bed linen and towels every day. we hope to stay with you again in the future.Check in time was 14.00 hrs which was the time we arrived and was told our room was not ready.we then went back at 17.00hrs and was still not avaiable, we finally got to our room at 17.30 hrs. that was the only negative side of our stay with you apart from that it was excellent.jones

The location was excellent, staff friendly and helpful.
room was cleanThe hotel room was a smoking room, i had no option to have a smoking or non smoking room, this was the only negative part of the hotel, but for the money we were paying i dont expect to have to put up with the stale smell of cigerette smokeAnonymous

Very nice hotel - vwey good standard. staff could not be more friendly or helpful - excellent. lovely room if a little noisy at times as it sits just off a main roadOnly downside ocasionally woken by ambulances passing the hotel responding to emergency calls as the hotel sits about 20 metres back from a busy main street into central barcelonaAnonymous

We found the hotel staff very helpful. we would certainly like to visit barcelona again and stay at the casanovaThe drinks in the bar are very expensive - two drinks cost 18 euros. we had an unfortunate experience whilst staying there with regard to taxis. the hotel booked a taxi to take us to the airport - the taxi meter reading was 22 euros and we were charged 36 euros - the reason being there was an extra charge on sundays! however on checking with other taxi drivers at the airport they informed us this was not true.visitors should check the charges with the taxi driver before departing!Jennings

The location was good. close to metro, buses and city centre. hotel room was very clean. the staff were helpful and plesant. i would recommend it to my friends. There was no tea making facility in the room.Bakrania

We had a great time in barcelona the hotel was perfect, good location, not too near to the centre (10 min walk), rooms were excellent, clean, changed bed linen and towels everyday, if you had a query reception were very helpfull, really good choice.Anonymous

Hotel staff were excellent both before arriving at the hotel and during our stay. hotel was very clean and the rooms well designed, bathrooms especially good. good location to explore the city and do use the taxis as they are very well priced.The wooden floor that was outside the room in the main corridor was very noisey and at time sounded as if someone was trying to get into our room, other than that the hotel was very good. could do with tea/coffee facilities in the room for the price paid.Linda Bryant

The staff were very helpful and understanding when on arrival i realised that easytobook had not faxed my booking. luckily they had one room left - it was not the start to the trip that i had hoped for and spoiled my first day as i had to wait for 4 hours before i could check in. this was the fault of easytobook and not the hotel.
