How to reach the Rambla Cat Inn?RAMBLA CAT INN-------------------------------------------
From Barcelona Airport (El Prat):
Once you are at the airport and ready to take a taxi, please call us to arrange a check-in time. if you are taking the airport bus into town, then please call once you arrive at the last stop, plaza catalunya.
--Take the Aerobus/Airport Train to Placa Catalunya from there, change onto the green line (L3) and go two stops to Diagonal.
Once you come out of the Metro:
walk UPhill on the left hand side of the street:
Calle Corsega is up one block up on the left-hand side. From Passeig de Gracia, walk left on the corner of the junction with Avenida Diagonal and continue along the pedestrian street.
Crossing Rambla Catalunya, Corsega number 305 is the second door on the right-hand side next to the Clarks Shoe Shop.
From Girona Airport:------------------------------------------------
--Take the BarcelonaBus to Estacio de Nord.
From Estacio de Nord Bus terminal (Ryanair flights to Girona Airport)
--Take the red metro (L1) from Arc de Triomf 2 stops to Placa Catalunya from there, change onto the green line (L3) and go two stops to Diagonal
Once you come out of the Metro:
walk UP HILL on the left hand side of the Street:

From SANTS ESTACIO (Bus/Train Station): ---------------------
Take the blue line (L5) of the metro to DIAGONAL
Take the Rambla Catalunya exit
Once on Rambla Catalunya walk UPhill, Calle Corsega is up one block on the left-hand side. Corsega number 305 is the second door on the right-hand side next to the Clarks Shoe Shop.

Please call us when you arrive in Barcelona city center to arrange a check-in time: you will not be able to enter the Rambla Cat Inn unless you call us as the staff is not always in the building.

Great place to stay in barcelona - quite, clean and really worth its money. excellent location –very close to underground stations, supermarkets, shopping area; walking distance to the buildings designed by antonio gaudi. the kitchen is very well equiped for preparing meals and breakfast and coffee. 
Our room (number 4) was with no direct window to the outside and when somebody smokes cigarette in the dining area the smoke comes into the room. the room was actually a sectioned off part of the dining and seating area, so it was a bit noisy. however, the appartment gave us all that we need for our stay.Anonymous

Good location near subway, supermakets, shops.Had troubles while getting into the hotel. the hotel has no permanent reception need to call before getting in.Lawson

This hotel was superb. the kitchen facilities and furnishings were brilliant and we would definetly stay there again. The only downside to our trip was the parking in barcelona-which we found expensive and difficult to find.maybe the rambla cat inn could do a deal with the carparks around for visitors staying in the rambla cat.Anonymous

Kitchen fully equipped (fridge+microwave etc), two separate bathrooms. close to the diagonal underground (metro/subway) station; walking distance to the buildings designed by antonio gaudi. The bathroom handle was falling out so that one could have locked themselves in, the shower was leaking, the shower door was broken. washing machine(s) present, however, not for guests' use. no tv. expensive on-street parking, even on sat. hotel staff unable to direct to the nearest multi-storey car park open during the weekend.Anonymous

We were really close to the metro station that could take us anywhere we wanted to go in the city.We had trouble getting in contact with the hotel to arrange a check in time, which left us locked out of the building on a busy street in a city we do not know as it is getting dark, looking conspiculously like tourists with all of our bags. not a comfortable situation.Anonymous

A shared apparment rather than a hotel (there's no reception), with a number of separate rooms. most guests stay in their own rooms becasue common space is limited. the shared bathroom & toilet may put some people off.Anonymous

Excellent location. the room was very clean and comfortable and it was great having access to a kitchen and the small dining area. it was perfect for me and my two children.The member of staff that welcomed us was very pleasant but perhaps a little more information left in the apt with regards to the metro, supermarket etc would have been useful.Anonymous

For the cost of each night and location which was good it is very well priced, i would recommend it if you eat out a lot and do not wish to stay indoors too much as it is very basic but well worth the moneyDundar

The packpacker was clean and light. It is falsly advertised, it is actually a back packers! our room was actually a sectioned off part of the dining and seating area so it was extremely noisy. luckily when we moaned about this we moved back packers but then it was not in our desired location. the air conditioning unit kept fusing all the power as well. i am disappointed with this false advertising.Anonymous

Close to the metro station They moved us to another location because the bathroom wasnt working so we were 10minutes away from the metro. the place was nothing special, one bed was about to collapse. the kitchen was dirty. but we did get a nice big room with a balcony that overlooked the screaming kids from a pre school!!!Anonymous

It was a lovely clean hotel with ultra friendly and helpful staff!!we had everything we needed including a air conditioner in our room!We would maybe suggest the cleaner come around in the afternoon to clean the hotel as the wall are thin and it is very noisy when you are trying to sleep in!
