Smart hotel, superb bedroomBathroom disastrous. shower sprayed all over room and shower tray was not fit for purpose. result wet clothing, towels and floor. ceiling had mould and holes in it - obviously problem the same on floor above, causing leakage.
also the night we were there it was very noisy with children racing about the bar area at 10.30 pm.Dawn Jones

Very clean comfortable room and bed. close to airport.Shuttle driver dropped us off at the wrong end of the terminal so we had a long walk with our luggage.Anonymous

1. room was quite small and not what was mentioned on the booking.
2. breakfat for 19.95 euros did not have enough food
3. water in shower suddenly became hot and suddenly cold
4. shower scren is so small that entire bathroom got flooded
5. most of the staff do not understnd english and hence it makes it difficult for foreigners who speak only english

Lovely room, receptionist checking in very good. unfortunately due to my delayed flight, i didn't have long in the hotel to try all facilites, but what i did see was very good and staff very helpful. would stay again. (very much superior than the 4 star tryp hotel which is up the road!Nosean o'hara
