By airplane:

Very helpful people at reception with good knowledge of the city and were able to guide us where to go and what to see with good mapsThere was no printer with the computer and the computers not working very well - we were in a group and only one of the showers - in room 309 - did not drain properly and not enough place to stand in there Anonymous

Fairly central location. easy to get around from there.The internet in the room didn't work. when you tell staff they don't care and tell you to use the free computer in lounge. the free computers have lineup to use them and i brought my laptop so i didnt have to do that. staff not that interested in helping you find your way around.Loretta Forgan

It was quite nicely situated, close to ungerground, shops etcIt was a hostel not a hotel, that was rather misleading. our room, family room,was just below road level, the windows were heavily barred up with mesh and looked up to the street, the small area where food could be prepared was dirty, the one fidge was so so full that there was no place to put anything else in. i was quite disappointed but my teenage sons enjoyed it. if it was advertised as a hostel then i suppose it would have been ok. i would not return there.Anonymous

Very good value for the money! the room that my friends and i had was very nice: big, spacious, clean and because was a room for 4 people we had our own terace wich was great! good location, close to the metro station l3. will happy recomand this hotel for short or long stay!Joensson

nice rooms for four personsNot totally clean in the bath room and also the carpets on the beds was not totally clean. the chairs outside on the terrace was broken and old.

Affordable, very clean for a hostel, helpful, english speaking staff during the day Our shower wouldn't drain the first night, and no one was around because it was at night to help us. they did fix it first thing the next morning though. Campbell

Great location just round the corner from the supermarket where we bought fresh breakfast each morning to save money. less than 5 mins walk to two different metro stations, lesseps and fontana both on the green line and connect with the centre of the city as well as the railway lines. when we first got there we were greeted by multi-lingual receptionist who was very fluent in english. she gave us a map and pointed out all of the "must sees" and marked them on the map for us. the hotel maid was fantastic we always came back to clean sheets and the floor had been mopped. when we had a problem with money the hotel staff tried to help us to find a way of connecting our banks back home. all in all they were extremely helpful and we were delighted with our stay.
lastly i'd like to add i was terrified of being mugged in the city after reading reviews, i kept my handbag close to me and eventually let down my guard after a few days still making sure to keep an eye on it in places such as the metro. never once did we lose anything.The internet went down when we needed it most, we had lost our bank card! however, as i said the hotel staff did try to help us and we found a nearby internet cafe which was very cheap. when it was working internet was slow, but again, we were on holiday so don't go on holiday if you want to use the internet!!
i must say though, this did not ruin our holiday and was a very small negative factor.Anonymous

Situated at a very beautiful neighbourhood, no noise at all, only from the work of the restoration of the building. friendly staff, room recently refurnished, big bathroom, comfortable beds, quite clean though it could be better..., beautiful outside yard, internet connection 24/7The breakfast is not good, the room should have more furniture to put your clothes, your luggage etc., they could clean the room a bit more properly, too much dustAnonymous
