This Hotel had everything you would need on a holiday in Barcelona. Its very close to the metro, which takes you everywhere you need to go, in a short amount of time. We bought a 4 day metro pass, to make it easier and cheeper to take the metro. The only bad thing about the hotel is that there was so water boiler in the hotel room, and the beds were quite hard. But It was still worth it :o)

We had a nice stay at Residencia Erasmus Gracia. The room was ok, the bathroom was a bit old ,but it was clean. We had some problems with the electricity, but the staff fixed the problem immediately.

Hotel at a nice location with a pleasant atmosphere. Very friendly service. Rooms are good an the balcony is super. I would recommend the otel to everybody

Pros: An amazing place to stay with easy trasport access to airport main part of city ie las ramblas and fc barcelona. could walk if u wanted. amazing time, would always reccommend!

Pros: Overall a very good place to stay. very close to good cafes, a very safe area, very close to public transport and easy to get to downtown (just 4 metro stops). the hotel has many other facilities like washing machine, common room with vending machines.
Cons: Having an intercom/telephone to contact receptionist/staff in case of emergency would have been greatly appreciated. there was no phone in the room.

Pros: Overall we enjoyed the stay, clean room, hotel looked like newly refurbished, good value for money, quite residential area just 2 metro stops central,

Pros: Reception staff are very polite & helpful. hotel is well located for siteseeing.
Cons: First room i was allocated was very noisy, (toilets flushing, showers, even people above getting in/out of bed) i asked to be moved which seemed to be no problem except i left some belongings behind when i packed my bag.unfortunately, when i realised a short time later, i went to reception who let me look for these things (in the cleaners room & the room i stayed in) they had disappeared. room 1 must be magic!

Pros: Good location, helpful staff. the room was very comfortable and clean daily. fairly clost to the metro.
Cons: Nothing major, but this is more of a hotel than a hostel, so if you looking for a place where its easy to meet people and where there is an atmosphere, then this probably isnt the right place.

Pros: The rooms are all new and well equiped, but of a student resident there is nothing!!
Cons: They charge extra for everything but overprices like internet and washing maschine. they have more than 50 rooms and just one fridge!!! there was no place to place your food, and these thins are important because for these i chose this hotel, there is no control over the fridge and my stuff got stolen! i went to reception and they just said: ahh ok it is registered!!! and nothing more not even trying to make me feel a lillte better nothing i was there for more than 3 weeks!!!! and never got a friendly treat!!. they just want more money. the hotel is in good conditions that is all right but the personal and services are really poor. moreover the price is not eather from a student residency so if you want better service better book another hotel you pay the same and maybe a better service!

Pros: The location is perfect if you want somewhere where you can find a bit of peace and quiet in the evenings, cheaper places to eat out, a real local experience, yet easy access to metro! you can be in central barcelona in ten minutes but can also walk to park guell in 15 minutes! the hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. we had a problem with our drains and on complaining it was fixed that afternoon. the room service is excellent and there is a fridge you can store food in. there is also internet access and a nice courtyard which you can sit in and relax.
