Very kind and polite reception staff. the reception staff also spoke a range of languages to make it easier for any guests staying
The cleaning staff woke us up every morning by trying to get into our room and telling us that we should not be in there!!! the communal kitchen was also very dirty, not just dirty plates but the window sills were disgusting.

Good location (close to 2 metro stations - 3 stops from plaza de catalunya, 1 stop from vila olimpica and playa) modern design of the hotel and the rooms. air con. really soundproof rooms :d free internet. nice refreshing area on the roof with a nice view over the city. kitchen clean and well equipped.
Rooms clean but virtualy no cleaning service during the 1 week stay. the double rooms are really small (ca 2,7 x 4,0 meters including bathroom!), and the beds are quite narrow (1,40 m)

Good internet in the common room, great refreshing lounge - excellent view, nice to be close to a metro stop, chic and modern, non-feather pillows and bedding, strong ac.
No pool towels, had to use room towels; the common room kitchen was a disaster - dirty dishes and empty food cartons sat there for the three days we were at the hotel. hotel guests are supposed to clean up after themselves, but when that doesn't happen, at some point the hotel staff needs to do something about the mess. it was smelly. the elevators had problems - they sounded like they were always about to break....which eventually they did and the day we checked out we had to take the stairs down with the luggage.

It close in the city, near a substation
We stayed two night. the first night the fire alarm went of 3 times in the middle of the night! drunken people who thought that was funny. no security at that moment. rooms are very small, especially the double room. bathroom was so tiny it was more a big closet than a bathroom. don't expect much for your money. won't go there again.
