The best thing is its location. It's close to two metro lines, only 3 stops away from city center. In addition, it's right next to Tram stop. So, moving about is very easy and fun. Well, the rooms aren't large and if you plan to stay indoors then you might find rooms to be claustrophobic. The staff is awesome, very well educated in English and willing to take the extra step to make your stay comfortable. I certainly stay here If I come to Barcelona again... for a very simple reason... its worth every penny you spend.

Nice hotel for a citytrip Barcelona.Metro station about 2 min walking.The room is small but if you are in Barcelona for a citytrip this doesn't matter because you don't stay in your room al the time.On the rooftop is a nice swimmingpool, super for the summer/spring times.

nice hotel, rooms too small, no towelchange, very friendly staff, nice breackfast-buffet, nice design, late night bar would be nice, perfect location (metro, airportbus, city.)

Pros: Close to metro, high security, sound-proof rooms, clean, new.
Cons: The fridge in our floor was broken and never repaired during our 4-days stay.
providing a little soap in the rooms would have been a cheap but quite nice touch.

Pros: Roof terrace and pool a nice feature, great views from our room. decent location and comfortable room. wifi also very useful.
Cons: A nice inexpensive touch would have been to provide shampoo sachets etc and a hair dryer availabe to borrow. most people travel light

Pros: Lots of storage in the room so very easy to keep things tidy. also it was nice to have a tv.
Cons: My whole experience was awful. there was a horrible smell in the bathroom when i arrived and which seemed to be coming from the sinks. the room was way way way smaller in real life than in the picture to the point of claustrophobia. also it was very dark because of the one tiny window with two different sets of curtains over it which you couldn't pull back fully. sometimes the motion activated lights in the corridor wouldn't work so walking along the long corridors in the darkness was quite intimidating. the fridge door in the kitchen didn't shut properly so therefore couldn't leave any food in it. also although the location isn't terrible, it is in the funeral district, so be prepared to walk past the 5 funeral parlors and the crematorium next door. but the worst point was a bad experience with one of the cleaners, who stole a necklace from my room and i only got it back because when i asked her who had cleaned my room i spotted it was around her neck.

Pros: Close to metro station and city center, staff is speaking english, all the rooms are ensuite, kitchen, security, goog value for money, free internet provided, overall a great expirience and gladly recomend this hostel (much better then most of hotels)
Cons: Not much to do in the surroundings but you can get to ciutadella park and to arc the triomph easilly

Cons: We paid for the room on line but on arrival was told the money had not been taken so had to pay again. so not until we arrive home did we know if we had paid twice.it had not been taken 1st time although we received comformation of the booking.

Cons: Yes they have advertised free wifi in room, however, wifi signal and they tell you this at the front desk is only available in common areas. went to the common areas and there was no signal either.
