"Comfortable family apt"
Pros: Comfortable family apt. within easy reach of metro and a local supermarket.
Cons: Only that the inventory was not sufficient for 6 persons. i informed our contact at boutique hotel, who promised attention the following morning, but our requirements were never fulfilled. however, since our stay was short,i did not pursue the matter, but i will be e-mailing my thoughts on how the apt. could be improved.

"The apartment was clean and tidy"
Pros: The apartment was clean and tidy. easy access to metro and all tourist attractions
Cons: Very noisy from 0600 from other residents getting ready for work and school

Cons: The website pictures are not photographs of the apartment.
the three balconies have string tied all across them to create makeshift washing lines.
when we arrived, the washing machine was full of wet sheets and bedding and there was further bedding hanging out to dry.
when we arrived there was neither soap nor toilet tissue in the apartment.
the website description says that the apartment can sleep eight “comfortably”. this is simply not so.
there is no toaster in the apartment.

These Barcelona apartments are situated in the centre of Barcelona, in the Eixample District, near the Sagrada Familia.
The charming Sagrada Familia Apartments are recently refurbished self-catering apartments situated in the heart of Barcelona in the vibrant Eixample neighbourhood. Surrounding the apartments you will also find many bars and restaurants, including many traditional tapas bars.
The building, dating from the 19th century, has been renovated to include an elevator, air-conditioning and central heating. It can be found in the Art Nouveau area of Barcelona, adjacent to the Sagrada Familia and very close to Las Ramblas and Paseo the Gracia.
Each apartment has 2 double rooms with a king-size bed, a bedroom with bunk beds, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Two of the rooms also have delightful balconies facing the street so you can admire this exciting city from the comfort of your own apartment. All our apartments have modern decor and providedall all necessary facilities to make you feel right at home.
This accommodation is located in the centre of Barcelona, in the heart of the Eixample District, close to Gaudi's famous Sagrada Familia church. The apartments are also within walking distance of Paseo de Gracia and Las Ramblas and are surrounded by bars, restaurants and the most fashionable night clubs in Barcelona.

Cancellation policy: If cancelled between 2 and 14 days prior to arrival 1 night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
