Pros: We were given a room for wheelchair use so much bigger than a standard room.we overlooked the square which was quiet at night.hotel is very central and as close as could be to the metro. very comfortable and clean. good breakfast.

Pros: Great location off ramblas and had a really nice outdoor bar next to the hotel. decent breakfast too.

Pros: The rooms were nicely renovated and up to date. the breakfast offered a wide variety of good quality choices and a nice atmosphere.
Cons: The room we were given had two twin beds instead of the double that we booked, and there were no others available.

Pros: A lovely short break made special by the frienly and helpfull staff, a very good hotel and lovely atmosphere, we were made very welcome.

Pros: Staff very helpful; spacious room; excellent internet access; hotel in quiet square but very close to metro and bus routes.
Cons: When paying, we were not given the choice of stg or euros and so our hotel cost us approximately £16 more because we were charged in stg

Pros: Hotel was spotless and staff were helpful. the room we stayed in was nice and the location was excellent. hotel was been refurbished in the reception area and will be lovely when completed.
Cons: First room we were in was very basic with no fridge even though it was advertised. however staff moved us straight away when we queried this. disappointed that there was no kettle in the rooms.

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. my spanish isn't terrific and they really worked with my poor communication and were friendly about it! excellent location, walking distance to anything, next to a metro, and we found a biblioteca right down a nearby alley. location made it fun to explore :) also, free internet! the "expensive" hotel i stayed in made me pay for internet on top of their exorbitant fees.
Cons: A bit noisy because it wasn't the "best" area, but i still felt perfectly safe. the heating was a bit noisy. there was no way to keep the fan running (as white noise) with the heater maintaining the temperature. no coffee in room.

Pros: Good location, near everything. everyone friendly. breakfast adequate.
Cons: The square on which the hotel stands was quite off-putting as there seemed to be a few down-and-outs hanging around in the evening.

Pros: The location is great, as it's close to la rambla and all the action. the hotel and the room is very clean. the breakfast is sufficient and nice. the staff is ok.

Pros: Was in an excellent location for the la ramblla strip. we were in a loft room which was lovely. the facilities in the room were good and the free breakfast was also good - set you up for the day. i liked it and would go back.
Cons: It was a little noisy at night - but if you want to be near the action - this is to be expected!
