How to reach the Grandom Suites?1) By Aerobus, from Barcelona-El Prat International airport: Take the Aerubus directly from Barcelona-El Prat International airport to the city center. The Aerubus stops at "Plaça Catalunya". Once here take the metro Red metro line towards "Hospital de Bellvitge" and get off at 'Universitat station'. The hotel is at walking distance from this metro stop.
2) By metro, from Barcelona-El Prat International airport: The nearest metro station is Universitat (Red line 1). From Sants station, you can take the Green metro line 3 towards 'Canyelles' and get off at 'Espanya'. Once here take the metro Red metro line towards 'Fondo' station and get off at 'Universitat station'. The hotel is at walking distance from this metro stop.

Lovely location in tree lined square with restaurants/bars/food shops in close proximity
Rang bell several times before receiving attention. they had no knowledge of our booking. luckily a room was available.Anonymous

2nd bedroom was advsertised as double room. room was tiny, bed 3/4 size, not suitable for 2 adults sharing. in addition to this air conditioning was not working, therefore 2nd bedroom was far too hot and hence, had to sleep in lounge area.Wilson

Excellent location, hotel staff was good..Apartment was for 4 people with 2 bedrooms. but in reality one bedroom was a single bed so one person had to sleep on a sofa cum bed. Augustyniak

The staff was very kind and helpful. the location was very good. the apartment was comfortable and quiet and nicely furnished. we had 5 adults stay together in one apartment and our request for a second bathroom was fulfilled. we would stay here again. The only negative thing i can say is that when we arrived at the apartment there was no one in the office and it was locked. we didn't know what to do and none of us were fluent in spanish. we used a global cell phone (because our cell phones from the u.s. would not work in europe) to call a phone number we had on our reservation paper. fortunately for us there was a 2nd office about ten minutes away and the manager walked to meet us and got us checked in. i don't know what we would have done if we had arrived late in the day or if we had not found that phone number on our original reservation document. i would recommend that the reservation service give customers the address of the 2nd office located on valencia and advise people to go to that location first as that is where most of the business is conducted.
