Sol Apartments Barcelona Location (Map)
Sol Apartments are based in Gracia area, Barcelona's entertainment heart with plenty of pubs and non expensive restaurants and food corners. Go for a stroll through this lively neighbourhood that remains outside of Barcelona's business life.
The nearest metro station is just 5 minutes walk. This will take you off to the centre of the city such as Placa Catalunya, or in the other direction just a few stops will take you to the stunning Parc Guell, the Gaudi Park which is a fantastic vantage point to take in the whole city.
How to reach the Sol Apartments?Please note: If you arrive outside office hours or during bank holidays please call 30 minutes before reaching their office at the phone number stated on your booking confirmation.
From Barcelona Airport: By taxi: Taking a taxi from the airport will be the most convenient way of getting to the office of Sol Apartments.
By bus: From Barcelona airport, take the bus (AEROBUS) at the airport exit, which will take you to Plaça de Catalunya in 30 minutes.
By train: From Barcelona airport, take the L10 train in the direction of 'Estació de França' and stop at 'Passeig de Gracia'. The journey takes about 25 minutes. When you get out of the train station, you will find yourself on the street Passeig de Gracia. Walk then downhill towards Plaça de Catalunya. Once you are at Plaça de Catalunya go to the street Ronda Universitat, which is located off Plaça de Cataluyna. Follow this road for one minute on the left hand side until you get to building number 20.
From Girona airport: By bus: The bus will leave you at the (Bus Station) Estació del Nord in Barcelona (travel time approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes). Make your way to the metro at Arc de Triomf and go two stops on the red line to ‘Plaça de Catalunya’. Once you are at Plaça de Catalunya go to the street Ronda Universitat, which is located off Plaça de Cataluyna. Follow this road for one minute on the left hand side until you get to building number 20.

Friendly maids and very nice, clean appartment. very close to the metro which was essential to our travel around the city.
It was not at all outlined on either the website or the confirmation papers that we would be required to collect the keys from a location other than the address given on the website. we were very disappointed that we were expected to travel across the centre of barcelona to collect the keys after such a long journey, and the location of the 'office' was very hard to find as no maps, address or floor number were provided.
we also experienced a power cut during our stay , and the fault was not rectified for over an hour which made us late for our dinner reservations.
