1-spacious rooms.
2-free and good internet connection
3-free bus service to the airport.
4-restaurant offers good food although not many options.
5-good price if booked on easytobook.com
6-would become excellent if you travel by car.1-except receptionist, staff speaks little english.
2-location not convenient for tourism purpose. bus from busstop nearby takes 45' for coming to catalunya square. metro stop is at 10' on foot.
3-there is a park outside. so be careful if you want to have fresh air by opening windows. otherwise, air-conditioner works well.Anonymous

Good staff and services.The only thing that bodered us was that as we didinot have personal laptop for internet acsess we had to go to espania squre by bus and it was taking us loge time .Anonymous

Very clean and great location only 1 busride to barcelona centre or the metro easy to get to anywhere in the city, great shopping centre about 300 metres from the hotel great facilities in hotel big rooms and nice bathrooms, great for young couples The pool closes early around 12 maybe it could be kept open longerAnonymous

I stayed here for the mobile world congress and they laid on free shuttle busses. there was also free wireless internet in the room.There is not much restaurants etc near the hotel.Anonymous

All good, staff very kind, location is not the best but depend of transport for me was not an issue, if i return to barcelona i will definetley stay in the hotel againCleaning issues, i dont think the staff is trained in this area few observations like bathroom's walls not been cleaned hair every where, but it was not so bad it could be better.roper

The pool, when open, was very goodAs a four star hotel, one would expect the staffing levels and sevice to be higher, the pool and gym to be opne muhc more than four hours a day, and the whole ambience to be more comfortable. also the wireless internet was a nightmarehaskins

It is a modern hotel, desinged. clean, businessly. excellent breakfast. kind staff. Swimmingpool should be free, the price is € 5 for hotelguests, which is too much for such a little swimmmingpool.
