Located in the popular and centric district of the Eixample. Situated in the heart of Barcelona where it will be able to enjoy a lot of restaurants, stores, movies theatres, supermarkets, petrol station, pharmacies, etc. In addition, it is well communicated, there are several lines of subway and bus that communicate with all the points of the city.
They are 70 apartments of m2 approximately; they are perfect for short or long stays and by their exceptional location and high level equipment are ideal as much for pleasing as business trips.

Very spacious, comfortable apartment. it was furnished well and was cleaned every day. located just five minutes walk from sagrada familia and was close to two metro stops. would definitely stay there again should i visit barcelona in the future.

Excellent location. very near to clot and encant metro stations.Very limited equipment in kitchen. there was no toaster or kettle. however, i improvised and used the microwave to make my coffee and luckily the oven had a grill so this was fine to do toast.annand

Perfect accomodation for us, only about 20 mins walk from the ramblas. cleaned everyday and came with everything we needed, even had a dishwasher which was a nice surprise. we couldnt complain about our stay there whatsoever.Only slight issue was the lack of any english tv channels, but then that is us looking for soething bad, it didnt affect our stay at all.Anonymous

Very new apartments, well-furnished. very close to clot metro station.We expected to find a jug to boil water, and tea/coffee etc. unusual that there is none, since the kitchen is otherwise very well equipped.antony gallacher

The apartment was clean.It was noisy at night due to it's located beside the street,no shampoo,tooth-paste,tooth-brush.it might have mice,we heard some noise in the kitchen.ELAINE MURE

My confirmation correctly stated 2 rooms for 4 persons however on arrival only one room had been booked! i can forward my confirmation to you if you wish however luckily the apartments were able to move another regular guest to a smaller room and saved the holiday.
