Pros: Our apartment was excellent with plenty of space, modern and clean furnishings and quiet. very comfortable. reasonably well equipped kitchen including 2 hobs, oven/grill, microwave and dishwasher! the location was great with the encants metro station literally 2 minutes walk and a bakery, fruit/veg and minimarket even closer. walking distance from sangrada familia. recommend.
Cons: The reception is only manned for a few hours in the day, though we did not really require them.

Pros: Very pleasant & helpful staff. well appointed rooms with good bed & plenty of cupboard space.
Cons: Appartment was not very clean especially the kitchen. the provision of a kettle is normally a basic item.

Pros: Zeer ruim appartement, met alle comfort(afwasmachine, microgolf, oven,...). uren dat er iemand op de receptie aanwezig is, verschilt wel van website: tot 22:30 kan men iemand bereiken, ipv 19:30. bij late vluchten is dat toch leuk om weten
Cons: 40 min te voet van oude centrum, maar metro achter de hoek waardoor je op 10min in het centum bent

Pros: The apartment was in great condition and very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful and attentive
Cons: Wished to ask questions about barcelona but the desk staff was only available intermittently ----never could find out about internet availability

Cons: The layout of the apartment is a little bit weird that the toilet is quite far away from the living and bedroom, connected through a long long corridor. would be good to have some basic kitchen supplies such as oil and salt. we appreciate the dishwashing machine but would good to provide detergents since the staff can only come and run the dishwashing machine (as they keep the powder) once a day.
