Cons: We only stayed one night, so would have liked more "hotel" amenities such as toiletries (there was no shampoo, soap, etc. in the room), wireless internet, etc. while the attendant did answer our questions, it would have been nice to have more of a concierge to provide us tourist information, directions, etc.
they did not honor the 5% trip advisor discount i was supposed to get. never responded to my emails either.
Cons: The air is very dry (as a lot of hotels), mostly noticable at night as one has to close the window because of the busy street. the kitchen has all the equipment (oven, microwave and 2 cookeryplate), but not a lot of utensils to cook.

Cons: A chopping board, sharp knife, frying pan and dishcloth in the kitchen would have helped - it was not a cooks kitchen but adequate. free internet would have helped a lot.
