For the price, there are some details to be improved such as cleaniness of the room, also there was no shampoo, etc. available at the room.

-tried to use the internet in lobby- it is 3 euros for 30 minutes- the connection was extremely slow and poor- hotel shouldn't be charging for such slow and poor internet service - were not asked whether we would like a double bed or two twins on check in- was given a room with 2 twin beds -shuttle driver had poor attitude- the hotel clients were left to pack their own luggage in the shuttle trunk -hotel did not provide drinking water for hotel guests, the water in the gym facility fountain was off -overall, don't think this was good value for the money, the hotel is new and can benefit from a stronger emphasis on customer service

Room was very noisy as there was a busy roadway near.

Bus shuttle services from airport are not frequent enough, 30 mins is a long wait. 3 buses to the renaissance hotel came before the bus for tryp appeared. i won't mind paying a small transfer fee for more frequent service.

Problem: they did not have my reservation, even though i received my confirmation from you. i had taken a copy with me and luckily they had a room and took care of things very quickly. what happened?

Restarant does not open for dinner until 8:30pm. there is mosquito in the room.

Unable to get a courtesy bus from the airport to the hotel (at 23:45) and taxi fare was very expensive for such a short journey

The room had a very strong residual odor to it, the television had only one english channel cnn, and the shuttle driver took us to the wrong terminal, even though i asked for a ~ he told me that delta was in terminal b.
