Cons: Restaurant was closed in the evening had to walk through the apolo cinema then into the apolo cafe/bar where you could then eat if you wanted
Cons: The reception staff failed to acknowledge us while we waited for 15 mins to check in. also the showers are not very good.
Cons: Staff were not very friendly, not the one who checked us. the 2nd day when we want to enquire about something he was not friendly and the night staff was not able to speak english ans could not communicate with him
Cons: - we ordered breakfast when we arrived. the breakfast was okay, but the staff was very slow to fill up. we needed to ask several times for juice, fruits and so on...
- there was a lot of noice from the street.
- we asked for extra pillows but we never got them.

Cons: Would of been nice to have coffee and tea making facilities. our room was on the main room so was very noisy which we were not informed of
Cons: Very noisy at night. hair dryer broken in room and looked like it was broken for a long time. was not fixed during our 3 night stay
