Pros: Nice hotel in an excellent location, right across the street from the mezquita. rooms were basic but adequate, bathrooms were nice, everything was clean. we would return there and would recommend it to others.

Pros: Fantastic location with all the services one would need at a hotel. room was comfortable and clean.
Cons: Reception staff at checkin was very rude. we drove from madrid and wanted to park our car before completing full check in. he would not let us in to the car park until i gave him both our passports. one was not enough to park the car!

Pros: The location is really excellent,whith your own laptop the internet was free in the whole hotel, what is not the case in many 4 star hotels in spain, the staff spoke english acceptable
Cons: At the reception is always a pretty long quew,at the bar-cafe there is never someone to serve (we have tried several times), 4 star hotels in spain wouldn t be 4 stars in an other country, the prices are too big for how the rooms look but are explainable through the location
