Pros: Price, and easy to find with a car - free parking as well. for us the finding a easy to find and drive to hotel was key factor, plus the price of course.
Cons: Well, though hotel is easy to find, the general location is not a prime spot. the view from hotel is not the greates - you just go there to sleep and that is it.
