"Good location, terrace was great!"
Pros: Good location, terrace was great!
Cons: Staff were not very helpful, we didn't get the room we booked with double bed, the tv didn't work and there was no internet available.

"The hotel was in walking distance from the central part of the city"
Pros: The hotel was in walking distance from the central part of the city. that the breakfast was included, made the hotel good value for money. the coffee was good.
Cons: The staff was initially not very attentive. we did not receive any towels before asked about it. the hotel's system of keeping guests' valuables at the reception was problematic. their recommendation of a good restaurant was not good.
