Cons: The 'poor' for the above 'hotel staff' rating is thanks to one arrogant guy who worked in the bar that belongs to the hotel and worked the night i was there also at the front desk. he had absolutely no sense of what it means to work in tourism --- the other staff was friendly and professional -- given spain's state of the economy and their approach of working with tourists
