In the southeast end of the Gran Canaria Island is the beautiful town of Santa Lucía de Tirajana. Built at the start of the 20th century, it’s a reflection of the town’s religiosity for more than a century. Another historical site is the Fortaleza de Ansite, an archeological site discovered in 1483.
