hotel very clean, staff very helpfull, rooms not very large but sufficient, a good place, just a little bit of disappointment ours neighbours and the corner are very noisy,people in madrid doesn't sleep!

Pros: The staff were friendly and wonderful. our room was very clean. would definitely recommend to anyone.
Cons: It was a bit warm in our room and could not lower thermostat. opening the window however remedied the situation.
