This hotel is very nice. A friendly staff, good breakfast, nice rooms, and the metro was a few minutes away.

Pros: Room was comfortable and hotel was located well for our needs.
Cons: The charge for the safe in the room seems unnecessary, if the hotel cannot provide adequate security, the safe should be free like in many other hotels.

Pros: I love the way the spaniards take their work so seriously. this hotel seemed to have a tradition about itself. it was well managed and the staff were efficient and friendly. i fully recommend it.

Cons: Slow at providing toilet rolls when asked. room was for 3 people, but was not arranged when arrived. nothing too drastic though.
