Cons: I paid cash for this hotel. i was not informed by the hotel staff that my credit card would be charged given i had booked this hotel online. i am having trouble getting a refund of my double payment. please if you can help at all my email is cindykarls@gmail.com. the staff of the hotel were very friendly and i am sure they will provide proof to you that i paid cash.
