"We stayed here for one night as our flight arrived late evening"

Pros: We stayed here for one night as our flight arrived late evening. the staff were very helpful and brought us cups and a saucepan so we could make tea. although the hotel is in a residential area the metro station was very close and we found a small lively bar nearby that was open late.

Cons: I complained to the hotel on my arrival as the hairdryer was broken in the room and i burnt my arm.the hotel staff told me it was fixed but when i used it again the next day it was not repaired.4 times i asked for repair and 4 times i was told it had been done mended.on departure the hair dryer was still not repaured.i had to walk round madrid for 4 days with wet hair and let it dry naturally....not happy and would have liked a reduction in the bill.also we are a family of 4 and the hotel knew this but we only had 2 sets of cutlery ,plates ,bowls ,glasses etc !!!!! also hotel said all rooms had a toaster so we bought bread to have toast for breakfast but no toaster supplied...,very dissapointed as we wanted breakfast in the room to cut down on spending

"For the rate payed this place is great"

Pros: For the rate payed this place is great. about half an hour out of the city centre with a good shuttle bus service to and from the airport.
