Staff helpful. I called the hotel to ask about the air conditioning and they said its working and im sorry it wasnt. my friend went to complain but its more cooler at nighht to open the window then to run the ac... it wasnt working at allllllll if they didnt charge me for the five night on my arrival i would have changed the hotel because of that. its madrid for god sake not london... ac should be working and the room should be freezing if i wanted it to...
