Pros: Excellent location for all nightlife,close to bars and clubs. near metro, bus stops, tours etc.
hotel staff were excellent, spoke good english and were more than helpful.
Cons: There is a nightclub located below the hotel, i was on the second floor and did not hear anything but be aware.
there was a lot of noise early in the morning, people dragging furniture etc.

Cons: I was charged for leaving luggage at the hotel for 2 days instead of 1 day (checked out on 10/10/2010 and came back to check-in at the hotel on 12/10/2010)

Pros: Fabulous location, literally 2 minute walk from puerta del sol!! the room was very clean and services provided were very satisfactory. hotel staff were very friendly but had limited english! they were more than willing to help though!
Cons: We had a room facing on to the quadrangle, and it could be a bit noisy as people were returning to their rooms at night/early morning as any noise seemed to echo! however, as a young traveller, it wasnt too much of a problem.

Pros: We found the staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful. the location of the hotel is superb situated just around the corner from the main centre at sol. the room was spacious, clean and facilities adequate. the airconditioning was very beneficial.
Cons: The only slight note was the occassional bout of noise from people in the street outside in the early hours of the morning, but this was a minor inconveience and particularly given that the appartments are located in the centre of a large city.

Pros: Perfect location. area is quite busy but room was surprisingly very quiet and comfortable. room equipped ok, quite spacious, bathroom was good- we (2p) didnt have proplems with warm water as described for that hotel before.
Cons: We arrived on a friday night and the reception staff spoke no english at all! that pretty unacceptable for a hotel size like that!
