 "Cheap and bad!"
Have stayed in this Hotel last month for 3 days. The location is terrible! Even with a GPS is dificult to find! The pictures you see on the site must have been taken ages ago, because the Hotel looks abadoned! Everything is scratched, broken... Put it like this: Everytime something gets broken its not fixed!!!There is no wifii!!!!The service in the Cafeteria was terrible! You pay 6 or 7 euros for a buffet breakfast, but the only member of staff was not botered with stocking Ham, cheese, coffee was finished! Instead he was taking all the food away in a hurry. Apaling!!! We paid the full buffet breakfast to get a miserable piece of toasted bread and a glass of cold milk!I do travel a lot, and this is the first time ever I write a review. The reason is for new guests to avoid this place!!!

 "Good flat with all commodities"
Pros: Good flat with all commodities. clean and nice.
Cons: One of the pool is very dirty : why nobody is cleaning it ? the other guests are noisy people. there's a lot of people in this buildings and living together isn't always easy.

 "Very good value for money"
Pros: Very good value for money. the studio we stayed in was very spacious and equipped with a fridge, flat screen tv, comfortable double bed, a sofa set, a kitchenette, 1 wc and 1 3-piece bathroom. all for 2 people! staff were not exceptionally friendly but good enough. also had free luggage storage. there is a supermarket closeby, so pretty convenient.
Cons: It is very far from the city centre which i suppose is fair enough considering the room rates, but it is not as close to the metro stop as mentioned, probably have to walk more than 15 minutes. a rather dodgy area - definitely don't recommend coming back late at night unless travelling in a group. the swimming pools were disgusting. i know they were not open for use when we went but they definitely were not great sights. water was dirty and there were moulds/fungi all over!

 "The accommodations were excellent"
Pros: The accommodations were excellent. beautiful apartment and very spacious.
Cons: The only thing i would say is that the hot water ran out 2 times and we had to wait over an hour to get it back.

"The room was nice and clean, the staff was helpful, it was nice to rent..."
Pros: The room was nice and clean, the staff was helpful, it was nice to rent dishes we could use. there is an inexpensive but good market very close.
Cons: The wireless internet was super expensive, not available in rooms and half the time i was there. also directions to hotel were unclear, with large backpacks it was frustrating to hike around for an hour (before hitchhiking in a foreign country with a strange man). the pool was gross, definitely not for swimming. it seemed to be a mix of residential apartments and hotel rooms, they were a little too close together. also claimed to be 20 minutes away from airport, but was realistically 45-90 minutes.

 "Good room, pleasent to stay"
Pros: Good room, pleasent to stay. easy to park nearby.
Cons: Good option to leave your car, not to "life" the hotel as you would if it where near madrid. location is not good. last day the smell in vallecas area was awfull

Cons: No kettle, cups, teaspons, plates or cooking utensils in the apartment whatsoever! the hotel staff does not inform you about that. we have only been handed one cooking pot to boil water in it and ended up drinking tea from it.

"Very nice room, good space, everything looks new"
Pros: Very nice room, good space, everything looks new. good kitchen, great when you don't want to spend a lot of money in meals. 20€ in restaurant by kitchen stuff, that will be given back to you when you deliver it! 3 minutes by walk to supermarket, 10 minutes by walk to closest metro station "sierra de guadalupe". you pay good price and you are close to metro, which takes you anywhere in madrid. pool. gym. we really enjoyed these days in this hotel.
