 "Tapas Heaven"
Just had a great three days stying here; best points: friendly staff particularly the wonderful lady in chage at breackast so helpful and friendly and the chief who makes your eggs to order 'excellent' service from both. Please pass our comments on.Great shower. Bed comfortable. Nice relaxing lounge. Good location for the tapas bars. Less good; rooms a little small.

 "class hotel and location, friendly"
right in the center a modern hotel with friendly people. nice rooms with a great shower and cable television. Good beds. we were very satisfied. The restaurant is simple but good for a pizza, pasta, etc. and not expensive. Maybe the breakfast could be a little bit cheaper, but if we visit Madrid again, we will return to the Catalonia Atocha.

 "Great Location - Lovely Hotel"
Love the hotel, only drawback is the laminate flooring throughout, which if you have one of the smaller rooms without a door between the bedroon and corridor, can be a bit noisy.Get a room on the 7th floor, so that you have great access to the roof terrace and lovely jacuzzi.Breakfast was exceptional.

we had a pleasent time at the hotel. the service was very good ,and the room very nice. except two things no kettle and cups, and no bath.

This Madrid hotel is situated right in the centre of Madrid, near Puerta del Sol and the Museum Golden Triangle.
