Pros: Excellent rooms perfect for our weekend break but would also love to stay for longer. staff very helpful and in a perfect location for everything! - we didn't use our metro passes except for travelling to and from the airport!

Pros: The location was great. i really enjoyed being within walking distance of the wonderful museums and other sites.
Cons: I was told that the restaurant opened at 8 pm. i went 4 times between 8 pm and 9 pm one evening and found the tables set but no staff anywhere. i ended up going out to a nearby restaurant.

Pros: Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: On a couple of evenings guests were very noisy and the room didn't seem to be well sound proofed.

Pros: The hotel is in a very convenient location. two front desk staff were terrific! vanessa and paolo! we would definitely refer others to this hotel!
Cons: The wifi worked sporadically in the hotel room and even in the lobby....but when it worked, it was great!

Pros: I did not know what to expect; website photos do not always match the actual rooms but i was extremely and pleasantly surprised! the hotel exceeded my expectations - the hotel ib beautiful and elegant. it is rated 4*s but i am giving it 5*s - great value, great location, knowledgeable and friendly staff and beautiful facilities!

Pros: A great hotel for a stay in central madrid. lovely hotel. would definately recommend.
Cons: Breakfast is rather expensive, but there are several local cafes which do a very good, inexpensive breakfast.
