Pros: Front desk staff is very nice and helpful.
Cons: My sheets were not changed for 5 days, i stayed for 8 days. and i had to ask 3 times for my sheets to be changed. and nothing, finally i asked the maid.

"This hotel is excellent"
Pros: This hotel is excellent. its brand new (only opened in march 2011) and the rooms are amazing. the shower room is fantastic and the breakfast is one of the best continental breakfast i have every had. the bar is pretty much empty at all times but its there for a nightcap if you need it, not that you will... the hotel is a perfect location for all of the nightlife of madrid within 1 minutes walk of purto del sol square and all of the backstreet tapas bars and drinking establishments but tucked nicely behind a row of buildings so that you do not get any of the noise late at night. a perfect base for exploring madrid from, i will return to this hotel without a doubt.
