Me and my boyfriend went to Madrid to a 3 days trip and we thought that this hotel would be perfect! The room was small but very cosy. The pillow cases had a little bit of dirt.. and the milk in the "lounge" was awful! But the service in the hotel was perfect!! The people who work in there are very pleasent. And the location is very good, we can visit the city center just by walking.

Quiet (apart from the police helicopters hovering overhead!)Good value.Clean and comfortable rooms.No English TV - but it was good for our Spanish.

Everything was nice (my room, service, shower, location, tea and shower gel) exept the conditioner which was directed right at the bed. So when it's too hot outside and opened windows doesn't help then you have to decide how to hide from the straight blowing)) But may be it was only in my room.

Pros: A localização é fantástica para quem quer visitar o museu do prado e também procura animação nocturna. existe um parque de estacionamento público (a pagar) muito perto do hotel. no local (num fim-de-semana) existia muito policiamento.

Pros: Great location, nice to have coffee and tea in the lobby.
Cons: Cheaply decorated, i felt like i was staying in an ikea showroom. strange bathroom arrangement. i could not open the window without getting a fried greasy smell in the room. i stayed in a room next to the elevator and was repeatedly awaken with noise and lights from the hall.
