Cons: The parking in the hotel facilities is just terrible! very narrow and impossible to get out as there was not connection with the hotel's staff. they also charge 10 euros !

Cons: It is unaceptable that there wasnt any facilities to heat water and lack of free transfer to airport at night. i have had a fly to tenerife at six and it was very costly to go to airport (metro start at 6 oclock).
